3CX has introduced significant database changes in these pre-release versions, and as a result, our current reporting system is not yet compatible with them.

What This Means for You:

• ✅ Latest supported version:
  Version 20.0 Update 5 (Build 551 Release)

• ❌ Not yet supported:
  • Version 20.0 Update 6 (Build 486 Alpha)
  • Version 20.0 Update 6 (Build 675 Beta)
    (both Release Candidate builds)
