Terms and Conditions
The pricing for Call Center Dashboards is linked to your existing 3CX Simultaneous Calls (SC) license and is offered on a monthly subscription basis. There are no long-term contracts required, allowing for month-to-month commitments.
Discounts available include:
- A 10% discount for annual pre-payments.
- A 10% discount for Not-For-Profit, Educational, and Governmental organizations.
The base subscription covers call data for the duration of the commitment, typically up to one month, as there are no contracts by default. For price guarantees and extended call data retention, commitments must be either prepaid or accompanied by a signed contract.
For those needing to import and process historical data from previous years, a one-year commitment is necessary, and this service incurs a one-time charge equal to the base price.
Clients with a 3CX license of 96SC or higher are required to obtain a custom quote. Additional fees may be applied for extra storage, CPU processing, data validation, and support services.
Included in the subscription is a remote service and support agreement at no extra cost. Demonstrations and training sessions can be arranged upon request.
Data Validation and Customizations require 1 year commitment and are priced per Scope of Work
